Shipping policy
NLEON ships across India through our courier partners (via Shiprocket).
Dispatch time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery takes 4–7 business days for most pincodes in India. Remote areas (North East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and island territories) may take a few extra days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather or local restrictions.
Shipping charges
- Delivery: ₹49 on all orders, shown at checkout.
- Cash on delivery (COD) fee: ₹49 extra on COD orders, shown at checkout. Prepaid orders do not pay this fee.
Cash on delivery
COD is available on most pincodes for orders up to ₹5,000. Availability is shown at checkout once you enter your pincode.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Failed delivery
Our courier partners attempt delivery up to three times. If an order is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you. For prepaid orders, we refund the order value minus the ₹49 delivery charge, or reship on request.
Address accuracy
Please check your address, pincode and phone number at checkout. We cannot change the delivery address once an order is dispatched.
